Do my customers need to download an app?

No. They get a tap-to-open link by SMS or WhatsApp to view the job, see photos and pay — nothing to install, no account to create.

What does it cost?

One plan at €24.99/month with everything included. Add crew members for €9.99/month each (€4.99/month when over 10 members). 60-day free trial. Cancel anytime.

Is there really a free trial? Do I need a card?

Yes — 60 days free, and no card to start. Sign up with just your mobile number and add payment details only when you decide to subscribe.

What are the payment fees?

Payment processing fees are paid by your customer at checkout, not you — you always receive your full quoted amount. Bank transfer (including Revolut) is 0.5% + €0.25 + VAT (max €12). Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna range from about ~3.2% to ~7.2% depending on method. The exact fee is shown to the customer before they pay.

How do I actually get paid?

Tap to Pay on your phone, a one-tap payment link, or bank transfer — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut. Capture the payment the same day so you're not chasing invoices. Stripe then pays out to your connected bank. Vexo HQ never holds your money.

When do I receive the money in my bank?

Usually within 7 calendar days at first. Once Stripe is happy with your account's maturity and trust, payouts typically arrive in about 3 business days. Vexo HQ never holds your money.
